If a string will not lock on

Move the phone closer to the strings, 20–30 cm is ideal, and mute the strings you are not tuning.
For an unplugged electric or a quiet low E, open Settings and turn on Boost low E.
If the reading jumps an octave high on the low string, play the 12th-fret harmonic instead.
Check that Settings → Instrument matches what you are holding. A bass on the guitar setting will read octaves wrong.

Questions

How do I restore Pro on a new phone?

Settings → TuneGlass Pro → Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple Account.

How do I change B to H, or to Do Re Mi?

Settings → Note names. The default is chosen from your phone’s language; German and Scandinavian regions get H, Romance languages get solfège.

How do I change the app’s language?

iOS Settings → TuneGlass → Language. The app follows that setting immediately.

How do I make a custom tuning?

Tap any string on the main screen. Every string becomes a wheel; spin each one to the note you want. If the result matches a known tuning, its name appears automatically.

The microphone permission was denied.

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → TuneGlass. The app cannot hear anything without it, and it never records.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides and processes it.
